The undersigned recognize the current necessity for cogent, rational thought regarding the secession of Washington, Oregon and California from the USA to form a new and separate nation. These three states will form a viable entity to compete and succeed on the world stage apart from the remaining 47 states. IT, Shipping, Import-Export, Manufacturing, Aviation, Green Technology, Agriculture and Military strength will form the backbone of this new nation (as yet to be named).
