It is only fair that "We The People" are granted the ability to choose how OUR federal tax monies are spent. We propose the creation and implementation of a standardized list of governmental, budgetary areas that each taxpayer will be able to fund or not fund, via percentages they wish to allocate to each budgetary area. This will equate to a "popular vote" of what Americans believe OUR tax dollars should be spent on.
