Allow "We the People" petitions to be contested in some form.

Created by T.P. on September 24, 2011

The petitions being utilized to represent the people's stand point on particular issues only are capable of expressing support rather than disapproval. This method of petitioning should be reformed to include the form of expression to allow a more clear understanding of how many people approve a petition compared to how many people disapprove a petition. Remaining unvoiced is not a adequate method to show disapproval.
