Since the Clinton administration, members of the military, their families, and military retirees have been banned from carrying weapons on United States military bases, even with proper documentation, training, and permits. As defenders of the Constitution of the United States, which includes the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms, we petition President Obama to allow the responsible carrying of weapons on United States military bases within the 50 states.
