Some schools in Fairfax County allow iMac computers and Macbook Pro Laptops for the students to use for projects and assignments. However, at West Potomac High School there is only old dell computers and laptops. Today technology is expanding in so many new directions. There are iMacs, iPad's, iPhones and touch screen cellphones. Therefore students are learning interesting ways to explore creative ideas on new technological devices. The old and slow computers at West Potomac will not work for the all programs that some classes need in order to complete projects.
The county can raise money to buy computers and also host several events for donations to go to West Potomac High School. Since technology is changing everyday, its important to make this improvement to the community.
