Allow Wisconsin to Secede From the Union and Create Its Own NEW Government While Remaining an Ally to the Union

The Union is heading into unknown territory as we continue to tax and spend in an attempt to get out of a recession, well really a depression. America is unfortunately failing and the end is near for America. We cannot get China to play fair because we have given them control of our debt therefore they "own" us. This means they will continue to steal our jobs and as soon as we default on our loans, they will really own us. I do not believe the good people of Wisconsin deserve to go down with the rest of the country because of a few men's mistakes over the past few decades.
