Allow woman to be topless anywhere men can. Woman die from heat stroke more than men, and bras cause breast cancer.

There is no difference between a man's nipple and a woman's, yet we are forced to wear shirts, bras, or pasties to cover ours in public. Short of breastfeeding, we are not allowed to expose our breasts in public. Being that woman are more likely to die from heat stroke, we should not have to walk in the heat with a shirt on while a man can be half naked whenever he feels. Bras are known to heighten the risk of breast cancer, as is any constraint we put on our breasts. There are men with bigger breasts than mine, so if size is the issue some men should be required to wear shirts as well. If distraction is the issue, I know for a fact that many woman find a man's chest to be the most attractive feature, as do I. Breasts are not genitals, they feed babies, and its a health risk to cover them.
