Every public place should have rooms where mothers can go to feed or pump. It's hard enough as it is for new moms to get their baby to latch on properly, without having to worry about whether they are covering every inch of skin all of the time while doing so. This way, when a mom ends up stuck somewhere longer than she planned, she doesn't ever have to worry about running out of food for the baby.
