Allow women to have the majority vote when it comes to passing laws concerning their reproductive rights

As of right now the majority vote that goes towards laws that are brought up in Congress is a male vote, and that is not fair when it comes to laws that concern women's reproductive rights. Men should not have the final say on what a woman can or cannot do with her own body since men do not have the same physical anatomy as women. I propose that whenever a law is brought up concerning the reproductive rights of women that the majority of the votes be cast by women seeing as it concerns their health.
