Some states have already made it law that women may walk around topless, same as men. It should however be a federal law. Breasts are nothing to hide, they are beautiful and if, on a hot day, or just to get a great tan, a woman should be allowed to mow her lawn topless. This is just an evolution of human rights and gender equality.
