Men are allowed to go shirtless throughout america. Yet many of these men have what we now consider as "Man Breasts" yet we don't allow women to do the same. A woman and a man's breasts are almost the same. So why aren't they allowed to go free as men are? This has been a commonly tossed around topic. It should be allowed of them to go shirtless.
