The Federal Government has, on a number of occasions, attempted to provide "stimulus" to our economy by issuing small payments to middle and low income citizens. Any money back from the government is always nice, but is this really "simulating" the economy?
This petition is will allow working, tax paying citizens the opportunity to effectively keep their entire earned salary one out of every five years with NO payroll taxes being collected or paid to state and federal tax agencies.
