Allow young Americans to vote and have a voice!

Created by T.J. on March 10, 2013

When I had turned 18, I believed, and still do, that I was forced to silence my ideas and my thoughts about the world surrounding me for too long. Now, being an adult I find that because I was unable to express my voice when I wanted to that I had lost a bit of interest in politics... Needless to say that my generation is the future and we should be able to have some control of where we want to be as a country when we and our great grandchildren are all that there is left..
Getting people to actually vote is a huge problem. Getting your teens involved in voting will open their eyes minds to what is going on where they're not looking. You are also giving that person a sense of involvement and empowerment.

Please consider the idea of potential future leader voicing their voice right now.
