allow Zachary King a fair chance to work at Arby's again

Zachary King was unrightfully fired by the old manager at Arby's for being accused of something he didn't even do.
He was one of the best workers that Arby's has ever had, he shows great initiative, he's smart, and he's a hard worker. The person that got him fired has since been fired himself for drug use on Arby's property.
We the people think that Zachary should be given a second chance to work the job he loves since the circumstances surrounding his termination are tainted.
