ALLOW ZUBEIDAT TSARNAEVA MOTHER OF DZHOKHAR ( JAHAR ) TSARNAEVA TO COME TO THE USA FOR HUMANITARIAN REASONS
Her 19 year son Dzhokhar ( Jahar ) Tsarnaeva was arrested in Boston, MA. on April 19th 2013. He did not have his Miranda Rights read to him until Monday April 22, 2013, nor was he assigned Legal Representation until that date.
Zebeidat Tsarnaeva wants to return to the United States as soon as possible to be by her son's side since he is presently in serious health condition.
Therefore, for humanitarian reasons, we ask Congress to immediately agree to open an investigation into this matter and agree to permit Zubeidat Tsarnaeva to return to the United States to attend to her son Dzhokar under the custody of the US Marshall Service.
