I need help with getting my petition through to the President because I have a serious need as a Disabled American Citizen to have my deported Mexican born husband allowed legally returned to the United States to help in my Medical care and needs { including daily needs, medications, doctor appointments etc.} and I know if I have this desperate need myself their are many more also who do.
There are no Immigration Laws for Persons with Disabilities and Disability needs and the protection of our rights to have exceptions made regarding the I.N.S. to contact us and to take into consideration our situations and needs and for the Officers and Courts to uphold our rights to be heard and to respect or consider our hardships if deportation of our caregivers and spouses occur.
Please help me win.
