This petition wishes to adress the uncertainty of marijuana law and medical marijuana legislation. Marijuana is illegal under federal law yet legislation exists for medical marijuana to be used in numerous states medically and in a few recreationally. It's time the government allows voters to decide what should be done about the uncertainty of marijuana laws and legislation
