Allowing disabled veterans commissary and exchange privlages.

Disabled veterans who have not been retired from the armed forces are not allowed to shop on military bases. This privlages should be extended to those veterans who are classified disabled by any percentage by the veterans administration. All disabled veterans have the oppritunity to apply for veterans I.d. Cards and these could be used along with proper identification to access military installations.
