Allow the following states to peacefully secede from the Union, and do whatever they'd like thereafter; all states listed are either border or seaside states who have absolutely nothing to offer the United States whatsoever: North Dakota, South Dakota (contingent upon North Dakota's successful secession), New Jersey, Mississippi, Alabama, Arizona, Utah, and Delaware.
Please grant their petitions to secede immediately, wish them the best of luck, and then seal the new borders surrounding those states.
