Allowing Nissan Skyline GTR's R32 R33 and R34 to legally be imported to the U.S. and legally owned, titled, driven

The 25 year old car Law should be thrown out for importing cars to the U.S.
Nissan is a reputable car corporation and makes outstanding vehicles. The Nissan skyline R32, R33, and R34 are no exception.
We live in a country where you can buy Ferraris and Lamborghini's. The high income Americans can have their Toys, why can't Middle income or Low income Americans?
The R32, R33, and R34 model Nissans should be legal to register, title, own, and drive in the United States.
