Allowing people to have guns in and out the house is a terrible idea. I have a better suggestion

Regarding legalizing guns, I don't think that it is a good idea, but a better way to handle something like that, is if you as the government, make micro chip tracking devices and store them into these guns. So the gun only be in the house and onces it is out of the house, you'll know that someone is about to do something terifying and therefore going to check it out.
