Commonly people around the U.S. are waiting for they're own time to make the ultimate decision on whether or not they want their state "legalized". Even though most people are pro legalization in their state. They aren't heard even if they try hard enough. This petition is for the people who everyday wait on the issue of their state being legalized. It's a process that involves a lot of big changes. Just like the prohibition, there was once a struggle between the fact of a substance that was more for it than against it. Yet it still took so long for the voices of the people to be truly heard. This allows We The People to have our right to decide whether we want this or not. Regulations would be placed depending on how strong the public opinion is in that state. Allowing us to be heard.
