Restore the Rule of Law: Allstate is committing insurance fraud and stealing from the American public, the IRS, SS, and the U.S. Gov. Allstate’s Chairman Thomas Wilson is involved with case 2:12-cv-0940 in the U.S. Dist Court in SC Chas Div. Allstate’s 13f forms reveal that they control or are part owners in the independent evaluators they use. They gave disinformation to Insurance Commissioners. Allstate literally stole my truck, moved it to another state to prevent a true independent evaluation and refused to pay for the truck. A fair jury trial process is being circumvented for Allstate who has provided false information to the Fed Courts regarding the McKinsey documents.
