We, the taxpaying citizens of the United States of America, do hereby make the following demands on President Obama and all members of Congress and the Senate:
1. Due to your complete lack of performance you each immediately take 40% cuts in salary. In addition to this your expense accounts are to be cut by 20%, the amount you spend on staff cut by 20% based on your 2012 spending and your pensions receive no adjustments for time served beginning Jan.1, 2013 and continuing until a budget is passed and balanced.
2. Children under the age of 18 didn't get to vote to put you in office and our children, grandchildren and their children should not be hurt by your ineptitude. Therefore, the money saved by these cuts goes to them, by way of stopping any cuts to education.
