Along with Congress, put ALL reasonable options on the table to curb gun violence

Including, but not limited to:
a) Mental health screening in middle school and high school through Medicare or another existing program or the creation of one such program if need be
b)Treatment of identified individuals through federal funds to be administered on a state or local level
c)Mandatory firearms safety courses of one hundred hours or more for all prospective gun owners; to be federally funded and whose content be determined by individual states
d)That a federal database be created for purchasers of assault weapons, that such records be available to all law enforcement agencies of the United States for twenty-five years, at which time those records be destroyed
