, along with the US Congress, create a law that requires all citizens of the US to follow the law without exception.

It is my intention that the US Congress as well as the President should be required to follow all of the laws that are created for the common American. There shall be no exception to this law. This law should be placed into the US constitution as a constitutional amendment.
