alter the 27th amendment, that there should be a limit on the salaries of congress, without concurrance of all members.

I belive that there should be a limit on the amount of money that congress makes, without all Senators and Represenatvies being in concurrance. If this were to be enacted, this would eliminate the constant pay raises in congress and improve our economy by spreading out some of our country's wealth.
