The electoral college provides a conundrum where a presidential candidate can win the election by only getting 22% of the votes. However this is only the tip of the iceberg: problems with our voting system range from gerrymandering to the two party system. There are too many to enumerate in this box.
Finding the "correct" voting system is often impossible, so we recommend the creation of a committee which analyzes the pros and cons of different voting systems, in hopes of finding the most effective one.
