We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Alter the Equal Pay Act of 1963 to Prevent Gender Discrimination in the Form of Wages.

Created by K.C. on November 12, 2016

The Equal Pay Act was created to prohibit discrimination between sexes in the payments of wages. However, there still proves to be a gender wage gap in all 50 states. Businesses should be mandated to conduct salary audits of their employees to monitor the discrimination and make a change.
