Alter the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 according to FEMA zones rather than centered around the Eastern Seaboard.

Created by W.D. on June 08, 2013

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 designated 12 Federal Reserve District Branches. This Act was relevant when the population was located mostly in the east coast. Currently, there are 6 Federal District Branches located on the east coast and no Federal District Branches in Alaska. The proposal is as follows: There are ten FEMA districts evenly distributed and monitored by the Council of Governors, simply place a Federal Reserve District Branch in each of these zones. Create a Federal Reserve District Branch for Alaska since it is such a large state and has insufficient funds to manage Alaska's natural resources.
