Alter the Health and Human Services Health Care regulation to not force religious organizations to comply.

It should be unconstitutional for the Federal Government to allow any of its branches to create a regulation that goes against any religious organization's sacred beliefs. In particular, the Health and Human Services recent regulation that forces religious organizations to include provisions for coverage of birth control in their insurance policies for their employees could be modified to make it an option for an employee to include in their coverage, and if the employee chooses to opt-out then their policy fee should be adjusted downward to reflect the lesser coverage. Insurance coverage of this kind should be an employee option. This would allow non-religious employees of a religious organization to have access to the coverage.
