I want to make it legal to carry in Kinder Eggs when coming back from travel. I also want to be allowed to purchase them online and be able to have them shipped into the United States without being fined or having them confiscated. The toys inside aren't just floating around, they are in capsules to keep them obviously separate from the chocolate. I'd consider them to have an excellent safety record and a great addition to foreign import.
