Alter the limits of Section 29 of the Volstead Act, from 200 gallons per year/per household, to 100 gallons per person.

This is a request of the federal government to alter Section 29 of the Volstead Act. As of right now, Section 29 allows for up to 200 gallons of home made wine and/or beer to be produced for personal use in a household of 2 or more adults, 21 years or older. This request is to alter the limit to 100 gallons of beer and/or wine per person 21 years or older, regardless of how many adults are in a household.
