Alter retirement plan and healthcare for Congress.

Force Congress to live by the same rules as the rest of us and eliminate the biggest entitlement out there.
1. No more lifetime 100% pay after leaving Congress. You get the same as Military, 50% pay but not lifetime, 1 year for every 2 years served
2. Health care is not free. They pay into the medicare system like the rest of us and after their "retirement" pay has concluded, they are eligible to use Medicare or get their own health insurance.
3. They are NOT exempt from sequestration.
4. If they do not solve the budget problem, they don't get paid.
