Why should Civil Servants and Military suffer because the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch do the what is right for the people who support their country. Let's not pay Elected Officials from both Legislative and Executive branches as well as their staff, until they get a budget agreed upon. Everyday this sits, they do not get a dime for anything.
Lets stop payments for their salaries, expenses, parking, flights, air force one, marine one, the white house chef (order pizza), Camp David, gas cards, limos, police escorts and shut down the legislative cafeteria. No bagels, pastries or coffee for them... Bring a brown bag lunch.
