The United States added "In God We Trust" to our currency and added "under God" to the Pledge of Allegiance in the 1950s to show the world that we were a God fearing nation. This affirms our great tradition of honoring God for this nation's blessings. As stated by the Supreme Court in past cases, it does not violate the Establishment Clause and simply affirms our great traditions. Please sign this petition to ensure that this tradition continues and this nation continues to honor our Creator and to continue to seek the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that the Declaration of Independence says He endowed us with.
