Given the two party system for presidential elections and present circumstances, presidential elections now require new measures to obtain a by-the-people government. When both parties appoint unsatisfactory candidates voters need to have an option that allows for reappointing those candidates instead of choosing the lesser of two unsuitables. Another option would be to have every voter rank their preferences (1 being the highest). In this scenario the candidate with the lowest score would be the winner. A repeat of this presidential election must not happen again, ever. We will watch your actions, not your words.
