Unless, I am reading the Federal Elections Campaign Act and all of its sub sections and amendments. This gesture is illegal and should result in some sort of disciplinary action. We hear more often that not from the current administration about the rule of law. I would like this addressed. In a democracy, do we in fact follow those laws that are put in place that prevent us from becoming a third world country? One rapidly resembling a banana republic run by special interests and self serving representatives or do we allow whatever actions to happen that may boost the party utilizing all of their last ditch efforts in order to help them grasp on to their last straws of hope?
