12+ Million need a viable way to become legal. First set a a time line goal Min 5 years already in the US ( proof required ) no criminal record,Must agree not to seek any Govt financial aid programs for a set min of years,Must agree to turn over any Tax refunds to the Govt for a set min of years ( All monies from this go to pay down debt ) Govt will lower or wave fees and streamline the process of becoming legal( high fees for paper work etc and massive red tape is a major cause for people to live here undocumented )
This is not amnesty as forfeit of Tax refunds could be viewed as fines, agreement to no financial aid results in 0 drain on Govt resources and revenues from Tax refund forfeit from 12+ Million people would be astronomical
