We the people declare a stricter respect for the uniform of the U.S. Armed Services in the media. Recently, a U.S.M.C. Corporal brought a photo to the attention of many; a musician wearing a Marine uniform inappropriately, without respect to it.

10 USC 772 (f) needs to amended.
We respect rightful portrayals of military personnel in the media, but the law above needs to be stricter in regards to those who may want to disrespect the uniform. The following need to be added:
1) The same laws of uniform wear imposed on military personnel must also be respected by media portrayal.
2) The portrayer must have a respectable/clean background before wearing the uniform.
3) Such uniform must not have all characteristics of the true and earned, like realistic metals.
