Slavery in any form is not acceptable and must not be advocated as it is currently according to the Constitution of the United States. Amendment XIII (Ratified December 6, 1865). Section 1 states:
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT AS A PUNISHMENT FOR CRIME whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
The United States of America must take the lead in 100% abolishment of all forms of slavery to include as punishment for a duly convicted crime. Truly no debate is needed and Congress could accomplish this before December 31, 2015.
