Martial Law, Economic Instability, War, etc. Said president should have the option to hold up to 4 terms as acting commander and shall be able to implement executive orders which cannot be changed by his or her successor until the completion of a full explanation as to the change of said order/s and must be accompanied by legislation that amends, eradicates, or extends said order.
