Amend the 22nd Amendment and extend term limits for up to four consecutive terms.

In lieu of recent terrorist activities and civil unrest across the globe. It should be acknowledged that in time of distress and on the brink of war the acting president should hold the rights of office until threats are culled and the declaration of war has been withdrawn. I.E. Martial Law, Economic Instability, War, etc. Said president should have the option to hold up to 4 terms as acting commander and shall be able to implement executive orders which cannot be changed by his or her successor until the completion of a full explanation as to the change of said order/s and must be accompanied by legislation that amends, eradicates, or extends said order. In order to provide states and local municipalities to comply with orders within the appropriate amount of time to phase in said order/s
