Amend the 2nd Amendment as to clarify it's true meaning.

We the People demand our right under the Constitution to clarify the true meaning of the 2nd Amendment.
The subject of the 2nd Amendment is plainly written, A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State.
Political factions have perverted our Constitution, the National Rifle Association, Chamber of Commerce, Republican Party and our Supreme Court.
We can not allow the above radical organizations or Supreme Court to pervert the 2nd Amendment.
We demand that a Constitutional Amendment be made available to the voting public.
We purpose that it reads as Follows: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the State to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". The People is the State. JNF
