To amend the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution to limit the types of Arms covered under the Amendment.

The 2nd Amendment was written when "Arms" consisted of single shot muzzle loaded rifles. The Amendment must be updated to only include weapons needed for hunting and exclude weapons, ammunition, and magazines designed to kill large numbers of human beings.
