It is no secret that President-Elect Donald Trump will allow his children to run his family business. It is essential for the American public's interests and Trump's business interests to not intertwine thus it is essential that either Trump puts all his assets in a blind trust or to keep family members from negotiating with foreign countries and communicating with other members of the West Wing and Cabinet Officials by unwarranted lobbying. President Obama should call on Congress to pass legislation and sign it into law. Also in violation of the Hatch Act of 1939.
