Amend the 5th Amendment of the Right to Remain Silent to not include cases of murder, rape, or abduction (of child, man, or woman). That an individual needs to be held accountable to answer for crimes committed, or held accountable for lying. The 5th Amendment should not be used as a vehicle to obstruct justice.
