amend the ADA law to include the needs of the severely disabled in public restrooms and airplanes.

My son has Cerebral Palsy and is severely physically disabled. He is incontinent and depends on care taker for all his needs. Our family has two choices when deciding to go out. One, leave him at home and separate the family or two stay at home ourselves and feel like prisoners. The changing table in public restrooms or even lower toilets do not accommodate his needs.
In addition airlines don't seem to be held to ANY ADA standards. We pay full price for a ticket, toilet him on the floor of the galley way and force him to sit in a seat that isn't adapted to his needs. Doesn't he have rights to? Doesn't he have self respect? Imagine having to lay your child on a filthy floor. The law needs to be updated. Airlines and public restrooms should accommodate ALL Americans.
