The Affordable Care Act has quite a bit of benefits. However, it has a lot of cons too. I would like to see changes made to the policy. These changes are: 1. Individuals who have preexisting health insurance shall be able to keep their insurance plans. 2. Get rid of the fine for people who don't have health insurance. If someone doesn't have health insurance, they can pay for their health care when they need it.
