Amend the Affordable Healthcare Act to allow Veterans low-cost healthcare and Combat Veterans no-cost healthcare.

Include a provision in the Affordable Healthcare Act (aka Obamacare) to allow Veterans who have received a discharge of Under Honorable Conditions or better healthcare a low-cost insurance. Also allow Disabled Veterans (collecting 30% or higher) or Combat Veterans (regardless of disability status) no-cost healthcare and low/reduced cost for healthcare to their families.
