I request that Congress and President Obama put new restrictions on employers who have a hiring policy that is a violation in all states and federal laws who hire based on other nationalities can only do the jobs Americans don't want make it a federal offence a fine up to one million dollars for all employers also a written job description must be given at the the time of all job interviews not on the internet of employers website no employer shall not keep job openings on there website at anytime its deceiving toward people with disabilities allow all employers to provide a reasonable accommodation to prevent work injuries regarding lifting up to fifty pounds no more then that let other employees provide a reasonable accommodation as team players better salary for all restaurant workers.
